Fall has been my favorite time of the year for as long as I can remember. I loved jumping in the pile of crisp colorful leaves. I loved my Little Red Riding Hood Halloween costume, that I wore when I was around 6 or 7 years old. I remember placing it very neatly back into the box and laying it next to my pillow Halloween night, vowing I would wear it every Halloween the rest of my life. Although it did not fit me for long, I still love anything with a hood. LOL! Now that I am much older, 65 years of age, I decorate the entire house for Fall/Halloween during the first week in September and give my grandchildren a Halloween Party. They come all dressed in their costumes, and love dunking for apples, playing the magic carpet game with Halloween music, do a scavenger hunt, and feast on all sorts of Halloween treats and food. They have the best time and so do I. So, now, I create memories for them to hold close to their hearts. I wouldn't be surprised if Fall becomes their favorite time of year too.

It's bright colors, warm sunshine, and at the same time can flip to windy and gray but cozy inside...

Fall is my favorite time of the year. The smell of walking through leaves. Having a fire going. Wearing that cushy sweatshirt. Warm meals. Halloween and Thanksgiving. Enjoying hooking with the rug keeping my legs warm. Your patterns.

I have always loved fall. I grew up back east with the changing of the leaves, however living in southern california is quite different. I love designing for fall. I love kids in costumes having fun, costume parties, decorating for fall with pumpkins and ghouls. Hoping I win!

I love the crisp days and evenings, the explosion of color, attending the county fair, being able to have the windows open all day, decorating my home inside and out with the colors of Fall, hayrides, pumpkin patches, baking, readying my garden for Winter's sleep, doing handwork....as you can see, I really love this time of year!

What a wonderful giveaway! Thank you! I love the fall - it is my favorite time of year. But I think the very best part is visiting the Scituate Art Festival in Scituate, Rhode Island, every Columbus Day Weekend with my sweet daughter. We've been going since she was in a stroller -- now she is pushing her sweet daughter this year! Wonderful New England village with beautiful art, crafts and antiques.

My favorite time of year and there is nothing I don't love about it except winter not far behind! I wish time could stand still and let the smells of the air linger in the nostrils🍂

I love Halloween night, all the kids in their costumes. My kids are all grown up, so they don't dress up any more. So, we all pass out candy together.

I like the change in the light as it shrivels and completes the drying of nature's goodies and the swoosh of fall winds: garden plants twisted and crispy leaves clapping together, seed heads stiff and bowing in the wind, creaky sounds from stripped and dried bushes/trees.

Fall - Autumn - whichever name you use - I love it! It is my favorite season. we live in the woods and I love the beautiful colors as the leaves change and the cool crisp weather. I love the Fall foods - casseroles, chili, soups and stews - cobblers, crisps, pies and anything PUMPKIN! I love sitting on my porch with a cup of tea, with my sweater on - stitching away! Fall.....delightful!!! :-)

fall is my favorite time of the year. Living my whole life in NE FL - I have learned to look so forward to the coming of fall, its not like what people have up north with brilliant colors but its just a change in the sun, change in the breeze and a welcome respite. I would love to be entered into your giveaway.

I love the colors and the smell of the leaves here in New England. Throwing on a sweatshirt and sitting around a fire with friends and family. I love to cook a big pot of chili on the fireplace in my back yard. It seems to taste so much better cooked out there. Thank you for such a generous give away.

A fire going in the fireplace, football game on tv and me stitching the hours away with much happiness and content.
