Down a dirt road, past fields and deep woods ~
stands a humble little farmhouse wearing chippy white paint and a rusty tin roof...
it's here at our beloved Notforgotten Farm that you will find us...chasing our kittens, puttering in the herb gardens, or talking to the trees.

Sunday ~ Funday

Hello Friends ~
and a good Sunday afternoon to you!

the farmhouse chores are finished...
wonderful day to hang laundry on the line ~
I love watching the sheets snap in the wind!

floors have been swept and rugs have been shaken and vacuumed...
windows & mirrors have been shined
and apples are stewing on the woodstove
~ perfect for a side-dish to accompany our roasted chicken dinner with root veggies.

Now I have a minute to visit with you all,
then I'll head to my stitching chair to finish a small cross stitch project that I'll be releasing asap.

I am also working on the combination embroidery/uncounted cross stitch piece you see below.,
I just love working on Osnaburg.

 What is in your workbasket?

Blessings from the Farm
 ~ Lori

Your lady friend looks very familiar to me for some reason.... I really want to pick up more of this type of embroidery. I'm behind the times and working on finishing a hooked Santa. ~Robin~
