~ Productive Day ~

Yesterday was a pretty productive day…

{well, for some of us it was}

oh wait!
... he moved!!

oh, false alarm ~
just checking his eyes for cracks again.

I was productive though.
I managed to finish 3 coffers and three needle boxes for this Saturday's show!

Yay me!

I have to say,
I love drawing on wood…much more so than painting on it.

just more… i don't know…
'me'
i guess.

I have a few more to do today,
then will get back to my needle & thread ~

~ going for an eye exam tomorrow…oh what fun.
but I need to see,
don't I??
and a girl could always use a new styling' pair of specs, right?
:)

here is a link to a post titled
"I Survived"
written by me in 2009
about my first-ever eye exam:

hoping you are all enjoying your weather, no matter what it is!

You amaze me . . . these are beautiful!
;-) Good luck with the eyes . . . I can tell I'm in need of a change too!
I look like a chicken cocking my head trying to see out of the right part of the lens!

I love the boxes-It saddens me that I live so far away and cannot attend all the fun primitive markets and shows. Love all the pictures

Oh, Ziggy…you are one cool cat. And you are spoiled rotten by a folk artist witch, who works her magic every time she creates!

The eye exam story was so funny! You should do a piece on getting
a mammogram!
I am inspired by your stitching, hooking, and painting.
