Saturday Morning Musings ~

oh hey Iggy!
you're such a helpful little guy ~

always willing to lend a paw and be of support to me when I'm working…
can you hand me my hook there please?

right there, next to your foot….
my hook. please.

no, not in my needle box,
right there….next…

focus please ~

did you want to help me or what?
ignoring me now???

ok then, I'll just get another hook from my box …
would you please remove your paw from the lid?

…. don't you ever double-cat-dare me Ignacious Katt!
I'll just reach on over there and….

you win.

well I WOULD have finished this little hooked mat last night,
if it weren't for the insubordination of a certain fur-pants-wearing individual
**who shall remain nameless for the remainder of this posting.

only have a few spots left to fill in.
would have been done in mere minutes…

I purchased this sweet little blue stool from
Robin Harrison {a.k.a. Millstone Mercantile} the other day,
and knew it 'needed' a tiny rug to warm it up ~

So hopefully,
while in the shop today ~ enjoying the company of friends & family,

I will finish hooking, binding then attaching my hook-ling
~ to this blue primitive stool.

I'll share photos with you  tomorrow :)

**as for He who shall remain nameless…
he is happily content this morning curled up on our bed ~
with that sleepy-smile of cat-satisfaction on his whiskered little face.

10:00 - 3:00
come on out & bring your work in progress ~
we will not reopen until
January 15th

~ Blessings from the Farm ~

Awwww Iggy. Always a joy to see that sweet little face.

Enjoying stitching "Holly" very much!!
The pattern deviates on the right side, at the bottom near the hemline...intentional? :-)
