Early Morning Stitches & Shop's Open Today!

...the birds woke me up this morning ~
such chatter outside my bedroom window!

I looked out to see a beautiful scarlet tanager and two goldfinch males
in a stand-off on the tip of the old feeder out back ~
what noisy fellows!
it was so peaceful & pretty outside in the morning light that I decided to pull a few more stitches on the small sampler I'm working on for my upcoming September 1st update on

this is a wonderfully talented group of artisans
that come together twice each month to bring you unique primitive & early offerings
made by their hands or collected by them for you ~

you have my personal invite to visit with us
~ so please mark your calendars for the 1st & 15th of each month

here is the little sampler I'm working on for the update ~

I love small samplers that are old & worn looking,
with simple motifs & autumnal colors…
{and I love that little house!}
I'm just stitching and making it up as I go

~ letting the linen & thread dictate to me….

If you're in the neighborhood today,
stop on in the farm shop for a visit ~
we will be OPEN today from 11:00 ~ 3:00
bring something to work on, or just come & sit a while with me :)

...we're always happy to see friends!

Hoping your day is filled with beautiful things!

~ Blessings from the Farm ~
