Thank You.

...woke up this morning to this ~

lovely silver little droplets chiming on our tin roof ~
...... ahhhhh ......

puddles for the lizards & bees to drink from ~

the air is clean & washed
and the soil smells so good...

life seems right again...
....right as rain.

I will sit quietly & swing for a while and do nothing else but breathe, listen and appreciate ~

Thank you for the rain!!
Blessings from the farm,
Lori

I woke up this morning to blue skies and sun - at last, as we in the UK have had the wettest June and July for 100 years. What bizarre contrasts from one side of The Pond to the other. Enjoy the rain - and I shall go and sit on the porch with a glass of wine - IN THE SUN!!!

Lori, don't be embarrassed by her chipped paint. She is lovely just the way she is. I would give anything for a couple days of rain. Enjoy. Cindy

I wish I could sit on your porch and soak in some of the cleanness.....Our drought was escalated a few days ago from "severe" to "extreme"....One adjective is the same as another at this point. It's dry....horridly dry....Critter, body, and soul longs for that sound....that smell....that only RAIN can bring....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
