I've been busy designing, and Felicia has been busy stitching them!
I wanted to design a series of small (6" x 6") samplers that incorporated my favorite things in word form, AND have them represent the letters of the alphabet ~ so far I have: Baskets and Brooms Primroses and Pincushions Houses and Herbs
& Samplers and Stitches
a quilt perhaps? pincushions? what are YOUR ideas for finishing them? remember, there will be 26 of them!!!
I'd love to hear your input ~ let me know your thoughts!!!

Hi Lori
What a fabulous idea! They are beautiful so far.
I think you should make them into
a quilt.
What ever you decide, I'm sure it will be beautiful.
Can't wait to see the finished creation. Please share.

I love your idea of pincushions. How about some drawer sachets, a grocery tote or a journal or small photo book cover? A covered cork board? I am sure you will come up with something fabulous!
These are so sweet!!! What a neat idea! What about "Donkeys and Daisies"?
I like the idea of a tote bag and a quilt.
So unique....like all the cool stuff you do!!
Love your 'Simple Stitches' pieces! I think they would look great as a quilt or as pin pillows.
Enjoy your weekend!

They are great...How about across the hem of a curtain or a valance.
Hi Lori,
They are really sweet designs. How about makeing them into a book...the ABC's of country living of sorts. They would be a cute fabric book. You could also make them into little pillow and put some on a wreath. - Christie in Ohio
Oh, Lori, they are so cute. Everyone has great ideas. I think they would make a sweet quilt, but I also think they would make great bowl fillers in a painted and distressed wooden bowl that has the alphabet stenciled around the outside. Whatever you decide, I know it will be great!
Those are great! Love the idea of an alphabet sampler quilt!
So sweet! My 2¢ - hanging from a hemp cord as a garland over your windows or curtains. Making a quilt with different linen shades for the blocks would be nice too. Any way you display them will be great - you can't go wrong!
