Good Morning Folks!!!
it is going to be a hot one today...
we are expecting 90 degrees & humid,
we are expecting 90 degrees & humid,
so I thought I would get a little hooking in this morning while
it was still relatively cool....
just a small Sunflower mat, or maybe a pillow...
hand-dyed & as-is wools...

that antique rug that we all love so much...
I call this one

I'm heading out to Town today, banking and shipping, then out to
Office Max for more carstock & paper...oh, I need luggage tags too...
All of the 'babies' are doing great, and I'll snap some updated pics of
the baby peacock for you later...
Stay cool today, and remember to leave plenty of fresh water out for the birds!!!

I love your mats too! I've also been in the mood to hook & even though it is icky outside with heat & humidity... I'm still going to plop down under the shade trees & get some done. :) (maybe take a break now & then to wade in the pool too!)

I love your rug hookings...especially the kitty in butter..I have 7 of them and love them all..:) hope your day out was a good one..can't wait to see all the babys.:)
Lori- Love your happy sunflower! It would take me a MONTH to do that and it wouldn't look anything like that! Do you have a pattern for it? Thanks! Love all of your posts, read you every day! Debbie
Lori, I love your mats. You are such a nice hooker. They are so pretty.
BTW... I not only have fresh water out for the birds, but I took your advice and put out left over string and they took it all. How cool to think they are using what would normally just go in the trash. I loved the idea. Thanks.
