Beeskeps, Baskets & a Butter Churn ~

Hi Folks!

I had a reallly nice time with Robin yesterday,
out antiquing & primitives-hunting!

we went to the
Old Mill Primitives shop
in Roanoke VA, and to an antiques mall not too far from there...
here are a few of my treasures:

sweet wooden beeskep that now hangs in my kitchen window~

small natural beeskep made from straw
... setting in my tv cupboard ~

two baskets:
I have a bunch of these, as I collect them...
does anyone know what they're called?
they are kind of 'floppy'...
(the black & white checkered one
on the bottom was a GW find for only .50)

and this, my "deal of the day"
an OLD butter churn...
(the insides are missing, but now it's perfect to hold flowers)
how much ?

yeah...that's what I'm talkin' about!!

we went to a great little restaurant for lunch,
where we dined on
cheeseburgers & french-fries...
perfect girl's day out!
