( Tis Spring! )

I want to share with you all this picture...
it is my "Ah...Tis Spring" pattern
and was sent to me via email
from my friend Bonnie in Massachusetts
...she stitched it on 32 count linen, over 1 thread...
It came out only 3" wide x 4 1/2" high !!!!!
How SWEET is that?
I REALLLLLY want to start stitching on a smaller count now...
I'm working on 28ct linen right now, but I will HAVe to try that 32 ct next...
see what you started now Bonnie?
*sigh*
(thanks Bonnie for sharing with me...)

& Folks...
if you like my "Ah...Tis Spring!" design,
you will LOVE
my
"RABBIT FOLK"
design!!!!

I should be getting it back from Robin, my friend & stitcher this week!!
WOOHOO!
I love to see other folk's work of my designs,
so if you have any pics that you'd like to share,
send them to me at not4got@aol.com
& I'll post them here on this blog for the whole world to see!
well I'm off to watch a movie & relax...
to rest these tired, but happy old muscles!

Blessings from the Farm,
Lori

This is wonderful...as I storekeeper I watched the beloved counted cross stitch fall out of favor with customers for quite awhile....BUT what a wonderful COMEBACK it is making into our country retail store!! I do think alot has to do with your wonderful designs and patterns -(gets the stitchers excited) I myself, do not have the patience to "stitch" so tiny..BUT some of our artists are creating beautiful pieces that sell as soon as we get them in. Never stop creating and designing!!
