Down a dirt road, past fields and deep woods ~
stands a humble little farmhouse wearing chippy white paint and a rusty tin roof...
it's here at our beloved Notforgotten Farm that you will find me...chasing our kittens, puttering in the herb gardens or talking to the trees.
...
and I collect old & odd things.

I pull wool & cotton through linen. I walk barefoot in my garden and throw my head back and cackle when I laugh ~ I'm just a little farm-witch that loves where I am & who I'm with ~
I love seeing the past through the eye of my needle...

~ New SUMMER by Notforgotten Farm ~ Valdani Designer Collection ~

Hello Friends & Folk!
I've just listed my new Valdani Designer Collection in our Etsy shop ~

"Summer" by Notforgotten Farm

I put this collection together with thoughts of old fashioned late-country summers in mind...
faded & worn, beautiful colors!

late summer brings changes to our gardens, not quite spent, but heading into harvest ~
purple berries, faded blooms, dried leaves and withering greens...

these are perfect for punch needle, wool applique and embroidery!

I chose 6 lighter shades ~

and 6 shades a bit deeper {that purple!!!!}

The colors included in my SUMMER Collection are:

O513 - coffee roast
O86 - ripened plum
O574 - dried leaves
O563 - skin tones
O538 - cottage smoke
O545 - primitive white
O549 - beige ivory
H202 - withered green
M19 - olives
JP2 - spun gold
P3 - aged white
P9 - bronze
