Down a dirt road, past fields and deep woods ~
stands a humble little farmhouse wearing chippy white paint and a rusty tin roof...
it's here at our beloved Notforgotten Farm that you will find me...

chasing kittens, puttering in the gardens or talking to the tree.

I love seeing the past through the eye of a needle ~
...I collect old & odd things.
I pull wool & cotton through linen. I walk barefoot in my garden and throw my head back and cackle when I laugh...

I'm just a little farm-witch that loves where I am & who I'm with ~

~ A Beautiful Mess ~

what a mess....
a beautiful mess.

a mess I don't mind making!

in the throes of creativeness and making-things
I also tend to leave a trail behind me...

my sewing room looks like a tornado hit it!

but it's ok...
Good Things are coming from all of this creative chaos.

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Blessings from the Farm

I'm so happy you make messes, too! It's evidence of creativity at work. Keep making those messes!

Sounds like something all of us who do handwork are familiar with, lol! For me, it allows uninterrupted concentration on what I'm doing. The cleaning can come afterwards! Off to a luncheon with the girls!

Otherwise known as 'a rich environment' (that's what I call mine anyway after I read it in a book about raising children when mine were small).
