~ Spring Farmhouse Monday ~

 Good Monday Morning
~ Friends & Folk ~

a beautiful day here at the farm...warm temps, slight breeze
just perfect Monday wash-day weather!

I've been putting around the farmhouse lately,
adding more touches of Spring...
here are a few photos for you ~

 ~ Keeping Room ~

picked this morning from our woods...

a quiet corner

 ~ Dining Room ~

I purchased this bonnet-topped hutch here at our own
Gathering of Primitive Friends Show a couple of years ago, and I adore it.
I've always loved my ironstone on it,
... but it looks especially pretty in the Spring.

tiny rabbits and a little lamb in a small dish ~ abandoned birds nests are so sweet!

such loverly lines on this little hutch...

antique rabbit candy container and teeny blue willow covered butter dish

a collection of things: old pocket watches, broken clay pipes, sea-shell needlecase, threads & beeswax

sweet set of children's cups and saucers

a favorite basket sits on top ~

a small room, but big on charm :)

early child's shoes, old schoolbooks, a hooked rug from The Burlap Owl and rabbits from Pineberry Lane.

I'm punching a few new designs for the upcoming
Prim Stitchers Society {PSS}Retreat and Merchant Mall ~
May 5th & 6th

this is almost finished....

& I'll leave you with this:
cannot make the bed without a tussle....

Blessings from the Farm

Ohhhh, Spring flowers from the my beloved Virginia woods!! They look perfect in your pitcher on the table too. I do love that hutch you brought home and the way you have filled it with so many lovely prim items. All of your little bunnies and spring things are so sweet peeking out from here and there on the shelves and bowls.

I agree with others here that your rooms are full of personal touches that make it all feel cozy and welcoming. Have a beautiful Easter weekend!
