~ Virginia Rug Fest ~

Hello Friends & Folk!
~ and happy Sunday to you!

 Joan & I are home safe & sound from two weekends of traveling
we are pooped!!!
... but,
we have full hearts from seeing so many of you :)

Yesterday we were in Mechanicsville {Richmond} VA
vending at the VA Rug Fest.

We always look forward to this event,
and have most-happliy been a part for many years now...

Our thanks to Mary Henck and the Shockoe Slip Rug Hookers
for once again putting on a wonderful event
and to all those attendees and shoppers who stopped in our booth to chat & share...

the Shockoe Slip Rug Hookers choose a scholarship recipient from VCU 
{Virginia Commonwealth University}
and present the award to the winner...
this year's recipient was
Connor Shumaker!
{Congrats to you Connor!}

created this AWESOME table-full of fun animals!






 Peter & I were happy to introduce our new
'Stripper's Tote' at the show ~ and it was very well received!!
thank you so much to all who purchased one for your clamp-on cutters :)

Wow! The nice variety of items and the displays are wonderful! Your photos are great Lori! I may have to plan a trip to VA! Thank you so much for taking time to get photos and share with us!! It makes my heart so glad to see all the rug hookers gathering and sharing the excitement!!

Thanks for sharing so many wonderful pictures, Lori. I enjoyed seeing a picture of my friend Diane from the James River Hookers. I have not been able to attend the hookin for several years and I keep wishing I could! Maybe next year?
