I really love how this box turned out ~

from the salmon-colored, comb painted base coat 

to the simpleness of the black paint & vines…

with the addition of the 14k gold paint I used for the ring, locket & feather that adorns my lady witch ~

it just 'speaks' to me :)

I like how it fits in my farmhouse with it's colonial/primitive-ness

and how the size isn't too big or too small.

perfect for keeping things hidden away
