Down a dirt road, past fields and deep woods ~
stands a humble little farmhouse wearing chippy white paint and a rusty tin roof...
it's here at our beloved Notforgotten Farm that you will find me...

chasing kittens, puttering in the gardens or talking to the tree.

I love seeing the past through the eye of a needle ~
...I collect old & odd things.
I pull wool & cotton through linen. I walk barefoot in my garden and throw my head back and cackle when I laugh...

I'm just a little farm-witch that loves where I am & who I'm with ~

My Pretty…..

Here is a sneak-peek at another of my new designs
...for Harvest/Hallowe'en ~

 "My Pretty…"

a not-so-handsome gentlewoman out in her garden raking leaves….

beautiful Fall colors used in this one ~
it has an almost-Renaissance 'feel' to it….

a Brown-Headed Cow Bird has come for a visit with her….

I love how primitive and naive this one worked up…
~ those perfect little stitches
were made by the talented hands
of Miss Flea, my model stitcher.
(a.k.a. Felicia Martin of The Martin House)

while outside taking pics of this ~ a crow feather floated by ~ how appropriate ;)

I will finish this one into a sawdust pillow with a unique edging,
and will release all of the new designs in early August ~
there will be new cross stitch, punch needle, rug hooking and freehand cross stitch patterns
...for your stitching pleasure ~
Peter is working on a new wooden frame to house my 'Witches in the Air' design too ~
~ so we are very little bees here :)

falling leaves and berries surround them….

...her hair-color reminds me of Lucille Ball's!!!
but oh, that profile!!!
(no worries, she is a Good little Hedgewitch)

I almost put a hat on her,
but that would have crushed her coif ~

I'll be stitching away on those tiny little pumpkin-folk today….
OUTSIDE finally, now that the humidity has broken ~ yay!!!

"I'll see you soon again, My Pretty…"
In other news ~
ALL of the orders that came in over my stay in CT have been SHIPPED!
I got them all out yesterday before today's holiday
(Happy Independence Day!!!!!!!)
so watch for your order at your mailbox soon ~

I have listed a number of finished, ready-to-ship
©Hookinpunch Adjustable Frames in my Etsy shop
they go fast folks, so if you'd like one that's ready now
...instead of waiting 2-3 weeks until Peter has more ready,
now's your chance :)

Have a wonderful 4th of July my friends!!!

* Blessed be *
