~ I harvested some strawberries this morning...
...I've been gathering about the same amount
for the past 3 days.
I've been making shortcakes and fresh whipped cream
and serving them sweetened with a touch of brown sugar...
they are wonderful...
and made more so because we grew them ourselves.
life is good
when you take the time to taste it!

Those strawberries look luscious! I have 4 tiny tomatoes and others budding up in my garden. So exciting!! Wasn't it nice to see the sun today!

I love the ironwork - Simplify. Where did you get it? It's wonderful. This is what I am attempting to do with my life but it is not easy!. I have so much and so much I want to do and so little time to do it! I'm also striving for serenity in life too. Good luck to me!
