~ 1st Annual Summer Stitch In at NFF ~

~ Saturday, June 22nd 2019 ~
 This day will always be held dear in mine & Peter's hearts ~

• it was our 1st ever Stitch In here in our new Studio!
• our friends old and new came out to support us!
• altho warm, the weather cooperated!

It was a busy day for Peter and I ~ we thoroughly enjoyed having so many folks come out to our humble farm and spend the day with us stitching and working on their projects ~

Thanks to Miss Joan for being at the helm of the Front Counter
~ helping folks check out their goodies ♥

Thanks to Anita & Nancy B for your help with the food ♥
and just a heartfelt Thank you to everyone for pitching in!

Much Thanks to our vendors:
 Robin from Millstone Mercantile ♥♥
Kathy Barrick ♥♥
Liz Mathews ♥♥

And to all of our attendees and shoppers who came out
and made the day full of fun and friend 'SHEEP'!

I'll not narrate them, but you can see what fun we all had:

{by the end of the day, Amy, Donna Rae & I were just plain silly!}

and,
for those who follow #Flosstube...
have a lookie-loo at Donna Rae's Flannel Jammies Farm channel and videos
with her most recent episode,
 including her visit with us here for our 1st Annual Stitch In at Notforgotten Farm!!

~ Ramblings and Such ~

On My Desk:
tiny glass-globed watercolor renderings
 encased in silver metal onto which one holds their scissors about their necks:

 ...and also a few original watercolor paintings, altho tiny ~
'housed in hand-painted and distressed wooden frames, for those who love all-sorts of magical garden-y sprites and things having to do with stitching and needlework.

and paper-y goodness of the cross stitch chart-type
along with the beginnings of black magic marker'd sketches of the same design,
 but for those who ply their needles differently.

 I rode the lawn tractor for 2 hours today ~
only to almost finish the entire grounds {6 acres}
when another downpour of buckets-full came down upon me...
~ making me then drive said lawn tractor like a maniacal Ms. Pac-man-on-crack to our garage.
Oy.

Wet but not deterred, shaken but not quite stirred...
