Really cool to watch you punch Lori! Man, are you fast!! I have something on my frame so will give your background idea a go. I have moved back and forth but probably tend to go round and round more often. Thanks so much for sharing! Hugs, Lori
It was helpful to me because I am trying to figure it out!
take care
Kim
Great tutorial Lori,,thanks for sharing,,now I'm off to put your tips into practice. I'm a go around the details person, then fill in randomness.
Blessings,
Ronda
Thank you Lori. I recently got a few of your patterns but haven't tried them yet and this certainly helps. I bought Weaver's cloth in two shades, and found needles locally in Clover and Boye brand. This looks like fun and I will practice first to see how close to make the punches.
Lori, I really need to get my punch needle back out and start doing punch again, it's been too long! OLM
Hi Lori:
I have never seen anyone do needle punch so this was a treat for me to watch you. Thanks for making the video. Looks like fun.
I live in lower Michigan and hope to be able to make it to Ghoultide this year.

That was great!! I have never seen anyone do that before and I have done it by reading the directions over and over and wished I could see it done. Now I will pick up my needle again and finish my projects because I just knew I was doing something wrong. Thank you so much. It was a great video.
is that punchneedle pattern available? I love it!
Lori, I'm so glad you made this video! I am trying to teach myself right now how to do this and I really enjoyed listening to your tips! Mindy
This was great. The crop circles comment gave me a real chuckle. I don't punch but have been meaning to get into it. If I do... the first thing I plan to punch is Coxcomb & Tulip. I totally love the look of that piece.
Thanks again for the inspiration.

I love it !! It's like sitting in the room with you ! I don't get to meet folks from cyber land much, seems I'm in a weird "blank"zone...up here in the very NW corner of Pa. I haven't seen many folks that are online in blogs or such... so this was FUN !!
I love the piece you are working on !! and yes, call me an alien cause i do the crop circles....lol...I never had anyone to teach me, and so I ASS -umed that was how I was supposed to do it !!....lol
you are a great teacher !!
Robin
That was awesome!! I've never seen any needle-punch before, so this was quite a revelation - I'm amazed you did this while holding the camera too - beautiful work, I love the visual effect of this!!!!
Hey Lori, thanks for sharing the video! Your punching is great and I learned a new trick ... the way you leave little gaps then go back and fill in with a different color. I admire your talent to hold the camera so steady with just one hand while punching with the other!
Lori -- thank you for the tutorial ! You said you were using 6 strands of thread ! Wow -- that must make the punching go faster as well. You are so comfortable with it -- it's nice to watch.
Thanks for sharing !

Fascinating! I've been wanting to try punchneedle and I think you have sold me on it. I think it could be something I can do on long trips to shows! Thanks!!-Jan
Crop circles, lol.
What a great idea!! Love it!! Its so helpful to see it done especially being a visual hands on learner.
Lori, Oh my goodness girl you are like a machine! And I can't believe you were punching with one hand and taping with the other! Great video....and love the design. Hope to see you at Ghoultide! Maria
great tutorial Lori...thanks for making it...can't believe you can punch, film and talk at the same time!
Wow, you are speedy ! I like how you use 6 stands & weave all around, that was really fun to watch. Thank you so much for sharing....I will have to dig out my punch & try it again, I never had my threads long enough & got frustrated.
Hi Lori,
I watched the video and learned a lot...I guess I'm doing it right after all.
Thanks for sharing.
Karen
Wow! That is so cool! Thanks for the tutorial. I have tried a little needlepunch, but still need lots of practice. You make it look so easy.
