~ And Then There Were Two! ~

~ Good Morning Friends & Folk ~

Monday, monday... and congrats to the Eagles!
~ great game, great half-time!

Well,
there are now two of my little
Punch Needle Folk© from Notforgotten Farm™

"Roberta Abbott" on your left, and "Claudia Cluck" on your right
... respectively.

'So very pleased to meet you...'

I kinda like the way Claudia is glancing over at Roberta, don't you?
{wonder if she is questioning her fashion-sense}

I'm enjoying bringing these little Folk to life~
especially happy working with the bright candy-like colors of Valdani pearl cottons ~

I know lots of you like to see the backs of finished work, so here are their backs:
{{I love to choose antique-looking florals to compliment their attire.}}

of course I hand stitch on my labels
so they will always remember where they were born ~
I would never want them to forget me!

 now they are impatiently awaiting their next friend...
"Katrina Whiskertwitch" is on her way!

calorie-free eye candy!

see you again soon!

 P.S.
don't forget that tonight is NEEDLE NIGHT here at the farm shop
5:00 - 9:00
 grab your workbasket and come on out to create with me ~
you can meet these two little lovelies in 'person'!

Blessings from the Farm

  4. I could sit and look at these all day. For some reason they remind me of my grandmothers old aprons. I never saw her without a bib apron on. The epitome of strength and gentleness all in one. Your creations are beautiful.

  8. Adorable. When I used to make dolls it was always fun to have a name immerse as I'm working on them. They seemed to take on a personality of their own. I sense that is what happens with you as well.
