    Nice kitty in the shoe too!
    I've been keeping scrap/sketch books for years. Funny how you can go back and the same feeling you had when the idea was entered returns. I would lose my inspiration if I didn't record them!

    I have a very large ring binder with many drawings, notes and colors that I do first before I cut any fabrics out...your sketches are much more realistic than mine though.

    Your creations have YOUR mark...you have a unique look to all of your designs.

  7. Love the sketch book. I have a huge one--13 x 15, but it needs some decorations for the cover. Your blog is always such an inspiration. Love the little kitten in the witch's slipper!

  8. The 1st "bigger" than a mat design that I hooked was your 2009 witch in your sketch book. I love her and hang her on the wall for the month of October ...Your work is always inspiring.

  9. Lori. I bought a composition notebook yesterday to do this very thing...I am not sure why but I LOVE composition notebooks :) brings back memories, of school days I suppose :)
