...so loving that she chose a career in nursing ~
and so very young....
just awful.
she must have been needed somewhere else....
she will be surely missed

What a tragedy. This happened about 45 minutes from where I live and it is just incomprehensible. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Such a sad story -- tough to get it out of my mind -- even though I did not know her at all. Her poor family.... a terrible tragedy.
ReplyDeleteI heard it on the radio today. They said she was on her cell phone with 911. I didn't know her but, it made me sick. As I write this right now I hear on our scanner of a car in the water. It is the 2nd car rescue in a hour. Don't drive thru the water!!
ReplyDeleteThere is no sense to be made of something like this. Your sister's words however do make sense - Lori was needed elsewhere. I love her designs and have been working on two of them. Such a terrible loss for her family and friends.
