It is more of a poly blend kind of velvet, but I bet it would be interesting to hook with too. Very charming and I love the ...Love the chair pad! Very charming and I love the mix of textures and textiles! Velvet? I would never have even thought of it, but I love it!<br /> I am a summer girl! Even as a child I could not wait for May --my mom would not let me go barefoot untl June 1st because she said the ground was still cold! I love the melons and berries of Summer as well as the cucumbers and tomatoes! I love Autumn too and here in the deeper South, we have warm weather often into October! I do love a chilly Halloween though! After Christmas, I am ready for May! I hate winter! Our summers are hot and humid and our winters are cold and humid. That raw, damp cold just makes me feel miserable - makes my arthritis ache even worse! So, although I lament the passing of Summer, I welcome Autumn!Stickhorsecowgirlshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04167094045033324094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817148833309325011.post-70393365794768347702014-09-02T11:46:44.032-04:002014-09-02T11:46:44.032-04:00Rug is stunning!
