~BBBBBBBbbbbbZZZZZZzzzzzzzz ~

Happy Monday Friends & Folk!

Yesterday I needed a day to just relax & not 'think'….
so I color planned & hooked this!
~ haha ~
{seriously, to me that is relaxing & not-thinking}

remember my new little punched project: Bee Witched?
yep! that is who this is, just in a larger format & adapted for rug hooking ~

can you see her eyes?
I've added big, brown blown-glass eyes so she can see better…

I am loving my short little duck-billed scissors, a recent purchase from Joann's :)
the beautiful black & silver witch's hat fob was made by sweet friend Victoria Gable
{StitchnButton on FB}

hooking progress shows the tall & wonky beeskep's outline…
and a swirl-y busy bee!

standing wool strips make a great bee!

it's a larger {for me} sized rug…
approx. ~ 17" x 22"

I have been obsessed with bees lately!
I've been so worried about the honeybees out there in this unusually cold weather ~
I hope they're all ok
 :(

I'll share more progress photos later this aft on my FB page :)

Looks like another interesting design destined for my frame. When I go to Cape May in September will have Kris Miller as my teacher and will hook Be Goode Be Nice. Or is it Do Good Be Nice, lol. I just loved hooking Nantucket Broom Ride.
