~ Back to the Drawing Board ~

The Winter in the Valley Show is only 3 days away ~
so that means I am in full create-mode!

aside from my needlework finishing,
I am also finishing up a few drawings on Peter's wooden items
such as coffers & sliding needle boxes ~

my work table

I like to get up early and head straight to my studio
when the morning light is just coming in
and Iggy is still snoozing ;)

I will be taking a trip into town today too,
and need to pick up a few more pencils & supplies.

"even a broken crayon can still color"

two almost-ready coffers you can see below…a few more in the works ~
they need the last stage of my age-ing on top of my drawings,
… then will be all set to be displayed & offered at the show.

then it's back to the sewing machine & my needle & thread….
I have been so happy hearing that you like my little Magpie from my last posting!

Some of you have inquired about him ~ he will be living here with us at the Farm,
since he is the very first I ever made {he holds my heart}
but more Calico Magpies will be coming ~

I will be offering them in limited quantities on eBay soon :)

Hoping your day is filled with many small things that fill your heart!
