Finally A POST!

Hello Friends & Folk!
... been a couple of days since I've posted anything here ~

I'm up in CT visiting family, seeing old friends too!
I forgot my Nikon camera, and hate taking snaps with my phone,
so this is what you're getting today!

I found this on Pinterest and it surely sums things up, no?

we haven't even had any snow but I am dreaming of tulips & forsythia....
they are finding their way into my designs ~
along with hearts, rabbits and other farm-inspired things!
I've been drawing & sketching
painting with my watercolors
pulling thread through linen while I'm here....

tulips in my ironstone last Spring

I'm also working on a series of farmhouse-pocket designs
similar to my
'Clothespin Ditty Bag' design shown below:

you can find this pattern in my Etsy shop

~ so simple and sweet ~

I'm hoping to have a bunch of new patterns of this kind to share with you soon!

If you're looking for our hand carved clothespins to attach to the ditty bag,
they can be found HERE

I'll post again soon,
Have a beautifully creative day my friends!!!

So happy you are enjoying family. I have your clothespins, of course. They are so wonderfully prim and go so well with my obsession of all things laundry!

Oh, whew! I've been wondering where you were! So glad you're enjoying family and friends. Is it snowing up there? It'll be near 70 today here…but rain and snow in the forecast for next week. Wow. Your designs are ever sweet. Have a great time, Lori!

I wondered what you were up to. Not seeing you nearly everyday makes a girl wonder. So glad you are having fun in Connecticut with family and friends. Have a safe trip home. Sandra
