Good Morning Everyone!!!

Prim Stitchers Society Inaugural Retreat

I can't begin to tell you how very wonderful this was for us!
...putting faces to names, getting to hug you all and laughing all-the-way-through!!!

I will let my photos speak for themselves mostly,
~ as my tired brain is still reeling...

{{we could hear them all laughing throughout the day!!!!}}

here is my class #2 ~
hi everyone!!

the last night of the retreat was so very special ~
we all enjoyed a beautiful banquet dinner with delicious food and cakes!
{of course I left my camera in my room}

Then there was a very sweet fare-well gift exchange between PSS members
and we all "ooooh-ed and ahhhh-ed" over every single project that was shown and shared.
hugs & laughter and a few sweet-tears too ~

and before we ended the evening,
Terri & Ridgely asked Kathy & I
 to come forward to receive two very, very SPECIAL gifts they had for us...

they gifted me with this stunning finished project!!!
a most-awesome tin coal bucket with our Prim Stitcher Retreat 2015 sampler on the lid ~
{lovingly designed by our Nan Lewis ~ Threadwork Primitives}

I was is stunned to say the least and so very sorry for my behavior at that moment!

the inside of this gift was filled with all kinds of stitching-goodness ~
I still can't believe I was so fortunate to receive this!!

yep.....I'm tired today.
but I can tell you that my feet haven't touched the ground yet ~
 I am filled with friendship
...and humbled still by all of the folks who supported this wonderful event.

from the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed,
the hotel-staff was so accommodating to us all ~
{we all need a MARIO!!!!}

and now I need to truly thank
Terri Hall & Ridgely Ann Johnson for EVERYTHING you did for us ~
I know it was nerve-wracking, stressful and you probably thought to yourselves
"what am I doing" a few times throughout the entire planning & preparing of this event.
...but please know this you two:
you are wonderful. you are beautiful. you are loved by many.
and we are so very thankful that you created the Prim Stitchers Society!!!!!!

I have NEVER laughed so hard in my life {and I love to laugh}
I truly hope you all don't think I'm
just.completely.nuts.
{ok, maybe you do now, but I'm ok with it}

I am now going outside to cut the grass, hang the laundry
...and then sit and stitch a little.

and I am sure that I will be remembering this past weekend
with many smiles for many years to come...

I can't wait for next year!!!!!!
