Wild Things ~

Each Spring ~
...our little farm becomes active
with all kinds of creatures.

the baby rabbits will be hopping about in the Big Field again soon ~
jumping and kicking in the air.

We sometimes find their nests
and other times Lazy (our Old Man Dog/Black Lab/Beagle mix)
will bring a baby or two home to us.
He is so gentle with them
that he can carry two-at-a-time in his mouth
... and *plop* them down at our feet without harm.

Always gaining inspiration from our surroundings here,
my work-at-present
is reflecting my longing for the Spring weather ~

here are a few punched-face dolls in progress:
{pardon their nakedness}

Yesterday,
while Charlie was here and I was doing up the supper dishes,
this is who I was watching outside my kitchen window ~

doe & turkey

actually,
~ 2 does and 2 turkeys!

The bunnies are cute…looking forward to seeing their spring clothes! It looks like Spring in your corner of the world…no snow!! We have deer and turkeys lurking about, but we also have snow, ice, and very cold everything. The mention of Spring is music and I am anxious!! Thanks for sharing a bit o'Spring!!
