Was woken at 2am to the sound of howling wind and ice hitting the house, so we have a nice glaze on top of 9-10"...going to the barn is treacherous! My birds are busy too, stay safe and warm and enjoy being snowed in!

I hope your little pregnant cat is warm by the woodstove as well! Thanks for showing your projects to keep us inspired!

Received my issue of Romantic Homes as well, and am loving it. The snow has finally stopped here for now, and I am enjoying a cup of tea as I watch the feathered folk at the feeder.

Hi Lori,
I love your snow pictures.
As long as I'm inside I don't care how much snow falls...but then I don't do the removal either so I'm very careful never say that out loud here at home...lol
Beautiful bird!!!
Stay warm - sounds like you are enjoying it too.
Happy Valentine's Day

We've been reading and hooking by the woodstove and watching the flakes pile up. Our Fluffy Tuffy doesn't want to go outside! I finished up my SPRING banner. I'll be posting it on facebook, soon.
Lots of birds at the feeders. Let's just revel in being warm on this lovely winter day!

Great cardinal pics!
I've had more than enough winter. I never get to sit inside and admire it so spring can come anytime.
Hugs :)

Beautiful pictures. Enjoyed the warm stove and time to just stitch or read.
And joy of knowing those errands will have to wait.
Chicken soup sounds yummy.
It's been a year for many of us to get back to the joy of sitting by warm fire inside.
