A bit Sketchy ~

Ok,
so now all I want to do is sketch.
I know before-hand that when my thoughts turn to sketching ~
that I will usually end up obsessing about it and will fill up another small sketchbook.

so I am.
and, if you're a follower of my work
you'll also know my love for sweet good-witches ~

this one below
sprang from my pencil:

tiny boots riding side-saddle

shadows & light

trusty steed

nervous pumpkin

away we go!

I might decide to keep this one in pencil & ink~
but then again, little witch will most likely tell me how she wants to be finished…

or should I ask the advice of my constant companion below?
Iggy is always ready to lend a paw to help…..

"Hey Ig…what do you…."

"Ig?"

oh look, he's deep in thought…..

Hoping to get my hair cut today ~
it is out of control and with these hot-flashes I feel like I'm going to combust.
Then I have to pick up Charlie and take him shopping….

Have a beautifully creative day my friends, Spring is on the way!!!

* Blessed be *
Lori

Iggy is thinking so hard, he's sure to come up with the right ideas and then he can tell your Sweet witch!

Hi Lori!

Love the way you sketch in pencil...oh to be so talented. Doesn't look like Iggy's up for giving advice this morning.LOL

It's a beautiful Spring day here also, wearing short sleeves, sure hope this lasts!

What a wonderful talent to have! I enjoyed your robin drawing too. All so fanciful! Glad you're thawing out!

Funny...I have been watching the BBC production of "Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady", and I am longing to pick up my pencil and watercolors again! I once did botanical drawings, pen and ink, oils, and watercolors, but then got involved in fiberarts. I might just revisit my sketchbook.

Awesome work! So much talent you have. By the way, how is Charlie? You should put a picture up of him. I hope he's doing well.

oh Lori ~ your sketching is wonderful. I am attempting some art classes at the moment tho my time for them is so sporadic I'm not quite sure I will learn anything...

Looking forward to seeing this finished :)

Take care, doreen
