Comforts of H O M E

There are always so many things to be thankful for...
remember to thank a Veteran or a Veteran's family today for their sacrifices ~

just thought I'd share some photographs of our farmhouse with you...
warm & snug and getting ready to celebrate the Holidays
with Family and Friends ~

I am forever thankful to those who continue to honor our country
and battle for our right to freedom....

...they have allowed us to live the way we do ~
to make the choices we make and celebrate however we wish.

~:: Happy Veteran's Day ::~

* Blessed be *

Who wouldn't want to come home to such a lovely, cozy place! I love your header to your blog, today. I want to hook that squirrel and maybe the Pilgrim lady, too.

What gorgeous photos. What program do you use to get those nice soft edges? Remember, I am a computer-idiot, so make the description simple......maybe I can figure it out.

Love the photos Lori. I can feel the radiant warmth and soft glow of candles and lanterns. Love the baskets on the bed pole and the wonderful prim tree in its pitcher or coffee pot. Have a blessed day.

Such a cozy home. I really learned about military family living when our son deployed to Iraq for 15 months. It was very hard on our DIL and grandson.

Your home is very warm, comfortable, and inviting, Lori...wish I lived close enough to drop in to see it in person (I'd call first, of course! :-)

God bless those who have preserved our freedoms over the years...we owe them a debt of gratitude and respect. Thank you, Veterans, for your service.
