EEEEeeeeK !!!!

I thought I heard a little squeek ~
I got up to look around and there he was...
inspecting my cheddar pumpkin.

hey there little friend!
he must have been there a while, and I didn't notice him ~
Hmm...wonder what he's carrying in that teeny basket?
whatcha got there??

then he scampered over to visit my halloween friends ~
perhaps he is trick-or-treating??

....begging for candy corn?
what a sweet little guy ~
he has my permission to live in this old farmhouse with us for as long as he likes...
stay a while, won't you?
ok, I know that he isn't a 'real' mouse.
but he is definitely a cute mouse!

I made him yesterday ~
he is needlefelted from grey & white wool roving ~
he has a wire armature and is semi-poseable...
...he is wearing a little waxed thread tied round his wee neck
and carries thee tiniest basket on one arm ~
his eyes are antique German blown glass.
He can stand on his own, with the help of his loooong, wired tail and is approx. 4 1/2" tall

This little Farmhouse Mouse is looking for a home ~
he promises to help in the kitchen,
{{as he loves to bake acorn cookies and brew pine-needle tea.}}

his adoption fee and travel fare is $128.00
pls email me at not4got@aol.com if you'd like to adopt him!

(I'll be finishing that angel cross stitch today,
then I do believe a little barn owl will be visiting me this afternoon...)

Blessings from Notforgotten Farm...
Lori

**UPDATE**
Farmhouse Mouse has been SOLD
and is going to a new HOME in Maryland!!
thanks so much!!!!
