A Few Treats ~

working diligently on the finishes for the upcoming show ~
here are a couple more WIP's (works in progress) :

little stitchin' witch wearing her scissors

cat who couldn't wait for the pie ~

tiny black kitty-witch ~

elmerva clumpett's portrait

I've got lots more to do on these, as I'll be incorporating embroidery and wool applique on these pieces too, just on a (much) smaller scale than the previous project ~
(thanks to everyone for your sweet comments!)
oh, I've decided (with help from my friend Sherry) to name the large piece
"Keeper of the Spirits"
and, as soon as I can figure out how to,
I will be offering this type of work in some-sort-of  pattern form!
so, please be patient as I figure this all out ~
but let me tell you, it is highly addicting (and rewarding) to do this type of work!
mixing my love of all types of needlework into one craft....

...what could be more of a treat?

Hi Lori -
Been following your blog for some time and have many of your patterns. I just finished 'Jack Be Nimble' and posted a photo on my blog - made it into a pillow with prairie points. Turned out real cute. Keep the 'Treats' coming!
