{ I love my job...}

although, how can you call this work?
i mean,
having Good Friends come to my house,
to gather for a class is by no means work to me!!
yes, I put alot of thought & preperation into my classes,
but...
hopefully by the smiling faces & laughter that fills the classroom,
you can tell that I really do love what I do.
these pics show yesterday's Braided Rug class...
we worked with wool, then fabric strips...

Nothin' fancy,
just the basics to get you started on your way....

being able to share what I know is my gift to you, and
in return, your friendships and support is the biggest gift I
could ever imagine to receive...

Thanks my friends for another wonderful day of your sweet company,
silly tales & laughter....
May your hands stay ever-busy!

Blessings from the Farm,
 Lori

I would love to take your class!
And if you love what you are doing, it's not work. It's a joy!

Oh, how much fun this looks!
I wish I could do this too. I bought an old long oak table at an auction last year and 6 chairs and my hopes and aspirations are one day to have a stitching group at my house when I get my sewing area cleared.

AS the late, great, Joseph Campbell said, "follow your bliss" and of course it is all pure joy from there on.

Would that I might one day actually take a class from your talented mind.

It's such a joy to sit around your table, make new friends, listen to wonderful stories AND learn something new!! Thanks for the great day. I finished my rag rug at home.
Now I have to decide...do I hook, quilt or braid????
