{ rain...rain...}

It's a rainy day...
I love rainy days!
i love to hear the raindrops on the roof, i like to smell the earth when it's damp.
I like to walk in the rain...

I like to come back into the cozy farmhouse after a walk in the rain,
dry off, make a steaming cup of mint tea,
...and go through my stash of fabrics!

Those in the picture above,
will be turned into little housewren's, pinkeeps & make-do's,
that I'll offer for my next update on my selling blog...
the "plant ye.." sampler is 99.999999% finished being stitched!
I am adding a few finishing touches, then will block it,
and 'finish' it into a ...well...you'll have to wait to see!

I should have another update here later,
as I am expecting Miss Robin to come bring
"Rabbit Folk"
sooo, until then, my sweet Friends,
Go for a walk in your neighborhood today...
rain or shine
even for 20 minutes...
you will feel wonderful from the excersize & fresh air...
Blessings from the Farm,
Lori

LORI YOU ARE RIGHT THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A WONDERFUL RAINY DAY TO SET ONES MIND TO EASE... AND WE ALWAYS HAVE RAINBOWS TO LOOK FORWARD TO WHEN THE RAINS HAVE GONE.. I THINK A RAINY DAY WALK IN THE WOODS SOUNDS LIKE THE PERFECT PLAN AND IT JUST HAPPENS TO BE A VERY RAINY DAY HERE IN WA STATE... ENJOY YOUR TEA AND COZY FIRE...

What cozy lookin' fabrics! I too love the rain... when I don't have to get out to run errands in it... like I do today. I would much rather spend my day like you are ~ cozy at home & crafting!
Smiles,
Betty

It is lovely, today, isn't it? I just put out lots of grass seed, I'm going to fill the birdfeeders and sit and stitch.
I'd LOVE to attend a Stitcher's Retreat!
Hugs to y'all...
