{ this is just a test... }

well I just got home from Walmart...
bought my new kodak camera...i LOVE it!
it is SO easy to use...
I snapped this picture of some luscious mohair, in my sewing room in the house...
the colors & clarity look good to me,
but please let me know how you are all seeing the picture?
The roads are just terrible...Hanna & I were stuck in a pile up on rt 29 north
for about 45 minutes, then we decided to take a back road home....
MISTAKE!
we slid all the way...
& my anti-lock brakes were doing that
rumbling-thing when you slip & slide!
(scared us to pieces!!!)
we're home safe now though...

*sigh*
I need a steaming cup of chamomile tea to calm my nerves....

Your picture is clear as a bell. Tell me what model of Kodak you bought. I have one that is giving me very dull pictures indeed unless I am outside. Glad you got home safely!

The picture looks great. Is the red true to color? It looks good to me and I always struggle with photographing red.

I don't see how you drive on roads like that. It just scares me thinking about it; I can only imagine what it did to you!

Nice camera....but Geez, did you have to go to Walmart aka the retail anti-christ?

Hey Will!
now cut me a little slack here, I was desperate and I'm in the middle of nowhere out here! LOL !!!!
I could have purchased on-line I guess, but I wanted instant gratification!
Hope you have been having better weather in MI !!

Was it worth the fright?

Can you believe schools are still closed? I guess your experience proves the main roads are still bad. Can't imagine what those mt. roads are like!
Glad you and Hannah are safe.
Stay warm!!!
