...just passing through....

...more kidney stones, that is.
Last night was a rough one, I couldn't get comfy for beans.
felt like I was lying on pebbles.

I feel another stone passing it's way through,
painful, but kinda numb at the same time.
...weird.
what's more weird
are the dreams I'm having from the Vicodin i'm on.
woohoo0000OOOoooooo !!!
I've been writing them down,
thinking they would make good horror-stories
or inspiration for some hallowe'en art...LOL !
but my drug-induced scribblings aren't making any sense to me now!
Bwahahaha!!!
*sigh*
thanks for all of your well-wishes,
and Jo thanks you all for looking after me, too.
*Blessed be*
Lori

Glad you're feeling somewhat better. Hope this will be done shortly for you. :) Can't say I've experienced this personally but I've heard they are horrible. Keep taking your "drugs" and you'll get through it.

You poor dear! My daughter has had those nasty things before, so I do know what you are experiencing! Sure hope that you get them all passed, and feeling much better soon!

Only a creative mind, in the middle of a medical crisis, would think to turn her drug induced dreams into artistic creations! lol

I'm surprised that you even feel like posting today!

Try and get some sleep whenever you can, and hopefully this will all pass quickly!

Lori, I've never commented on your blog before although I've been reading for some time. I'm JoJo, the moderator of Wool Snippets. My son has the misfortune of having kidney stones and just from the way his face looks, I can tell that the pain is extreme. The last time he had one, he ended up in the ER and when he had to wait over an hour, he ended up on the floor, in a ball, kicking over chairs and screaming. Saying he was not a happy camper is a bit of an understatement.

I really, really hope you can pass these stones without too many problems and may you never get another one. You're in my prayers.
